Privacy Policy & Service Agreement

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy and Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the website apollomobiledetailing.com and the mobile detailing services provided by Apollo Detailing ("Apollo Detailing," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Marlborough, Massachusetts and serving Middlesex County and surrounding Massachusetts communities. By submitting a quote request, booking a service, or otherwise engaging with Apollo Detailing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Privacy Policy

Apollo Detailing respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This section explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used.

1.1 Information We Collect

  • Contact information you provide through quote forms, contact forms, popups, phone calls, text messages, or email — including your name, phone number, email address, and service address.
  • Vehicle information you share to help us prepare an accurate quote, including year, make, model, condition, and any service history relevant to your appointment.
  • Appointment and service records, including the services performed, dates, locations, photos taken before or after service, payments, and notes from the technician.
  • Website usage data collected automatically, such as IP address, device type, browser, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location. This is collected through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.

1.2 How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to quote requests and schedule appointments.
  • To deliver and document the services you book with us.
  • To process payments and maintain accurate business records.
  • To send appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, satisfaction check-ins, and occasional offers by email or SMS. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or unsubscribing from an email.
  • To improve our website, marketing, and service quality.
  • To comply with applicable Massachusetts and federal laws.

1.3 Quote Forms, Contact Forms & Marketing Communication

When you submit a quote request or contact form, you authorize Apollo Detailing to contact you by phone, SMS, or email regarding your inquiry and related detailing offers. Standard message and data rates may apply. We will not sell your personal information to third parties.

1.4 Cookies, Analytics, Google Ads & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use our website and to improve performance. We may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixels to measure ad performance and retarget visitors. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some features of the site may not work as intended without them.

1.5 Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business. These providers may receive limited personal information necessary to perform their function. They include:

  • Jobber — scheduling, customer management, invoicing, and payments.
  • Google — Search, Maps, Analytics, Ads, and Google Business Profile reviews.
  • Meta / Instagram — social profile, advertising, and content sharing.
  • Email and SMS providers used for transactional and marketing messages.
  • Payment processors used by Jobber or invoicing tools to securely handle card transactions.

Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices. We encourage you to review them.

2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are scheduled in dedicated time blocks. To respect every customer's time, we ask that any rescheduling or cancellation be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows on the day of service, may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price. Repeated cancellations may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

3. Vehicle Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Apollo Detailing inspects vehicles before service begins. By booking with us, you acknowledge that your vehicle may have pre-existing conditions such as scratches, swirl marks, chips, dents, oxidation, stains, odors, water spots, peeling clear coat, faded plastics, torn upholstery, or mechanical issues. Apollo Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage and cannot guarantee complete removal of every defect. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate visible concerns before work begins.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Massachusetts law, Apollo Detailing's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. Apollo Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of value, or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Customers are responsible for removing valuables, cash, electronics, firearms, medications, and any personal items prior to service.

5. Assumption of Risk

Detailing involves the use of water, cleaning chemicals, polishes, abrasives, steam, and electrical equipment. While Apollo Detailing uses professional products and follows industry best practices, certain risks are inherent to detailing — including but not limited to the exposure of pre-existing paint defects, clear-coat failure becoming visible after correction, sensitive trim or decals reacting to cleaners, or aged components failing during cleaning. By booking service, you accept these inherent risks.

6. Weather Policy

As a mobile service operating in Massachusetts, weather conditions directly affect our ability to deliver quality work. Apollo Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, snow, freezing temperatures, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. We will make every effort to provide advance notice and to reschedule promptly. No cancellation fee will apply to weather-related reschedules initiated by Apollo Detailing.

7. Service Location Requirements

Mobile service requires a safe, legal, and accessible location. Customers must provide:

  • A flat, paved area large enough for the vehicle and surrounding workspace.
  • Access to an outdoor water spigot when water is required (Apollo Detailing can provide alternatives if unavailable; please notify us in advance).
  • Access to a standard outdoor electrical outlet for equipment.
  • Permission from the property owner, landlord, HOA, or employer when service is performed outside the customer's residence.

If the service location does not meet these requirements upon arrival, Apollo Detailing may reschedule the appointment and a trip fee may apply.

8. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers through Jobber, and other methods as offered at the time of booking. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided; final pricing may be adjusted on-site based on the actual size, condition, and contamination level of the vehicle. Significant adjustments will be communicated and approved before additional work begins.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee — 24-Hour Touch-Up Window

Your satisfaction matters. If you notice a missed spot or area of concern within 24 hours of service completion, contact us by phone or email and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge, subject to scheduling availability. This guarantee covers items reasonably related to the work performed and does not cover new dirt, debris, spills, or damage occurring after the service was completed.

10. Maintenance Plan Terms

Apollo Detailing offers ongoing maintenance plans designed to keep your vehicle looking its best between full details. Plan members agree to the following:

  • Service frequency and pricing are defined at the time of enrollment.
  • Plans may be canceled at any time with at least 14 days' written notice prior to the next scheduled service.
  • Skipped or missed services without 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and do not roll over.
  • Pricing may be adjusted annually with 30 days' notice.

11. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable Massachusetts law. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising out of or related to our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
